I have a 93 GMC thats starting to get the cancer - just want to nip things in the bud, not gonna spend a lot of money on body work. Any comments/experiences with por 15? Thanks much, later.

In my opinion none of those "Rust Convertor" treatments are anything more than a band aid approach to rust repair. Grind or sandblast down to bare metal and start from there or replace the panel if you need to. This will give you a permanent repair. Anything else will be short lived at best. It's a 16 year old vehicle, chances are there is as much rust on the backside of the panel where you can't see it, as there is on the visible part.
