Rust Repair by Vo-Tech's?

Does anyone know if Vo-Tech or auto body training centers offer repair services to the general public? My wife's minivan has two rust spots that I'd like repaired on the cheap and thought this may be a good venue to have it done.

you might have to call around, but many do.

Keep in mind they may not want to do rust repair. and if they do decide to do it, be prepared to leave the car there for an extended time. since it is for learning purposes they are not going to hammer it out the door quickly.
