Thanks guys for the quick ID response ! It's still hanging around this morning! Maybe another result of climate change?
  4. Bird id help

This bird has hung around our feeders for about a week now and I've never seen this kind before. The closest ID in my bird books is a Towhee, but I'm not sure. Any ideas?
  5. Saw my first Cicada emergence 3 days ago, pretty cool! It's been buzzing away now in the backyard!
  6. A Wet One.

Saw 2 females yesterday, I've got jelly and string out, hope they can attract some guys!

  8. Hummer and Oriole watch

  9. Hummer and Oriole watch

  10. Thanks for the heads up! We'll have to check our options when we get down there. Maybe we'll just have the guys go , but either way will be good and also warm!
  11. I'm looking for a 1/2 day guided trip around this area for 4 of us around Feb. 25th. We don't care what we fish for as long as we can catch something. Any recommendations would be appreciated! Thanks!
  12. What happened to the Orioles?

Had them for a couple of weeks and then they were gone for about 2 weeks ; saw one now this morning. Never had this happen before.
  13. Mr Ruby

great capture! I've seen 2 so far
  14. Squirrels at the bird feeder

Exactly what I've been doing also. I have a Havahart Rodent Trap and a big bucket of water.Works great as long as you use a board to hold down the trap door as they submerge.
  15. Asphalt Driveway Cracks

Haven't found a solution either; tried crack filler in a caulking tube and last year tried the epoxy stuff you mix up and that cracked this winter too.
