    favorite way to cook walleyes

Coat fillets in seasoned flour, pan fry in butter on medium-high heat until crispy on both sides. Turn heat to high; once pan is very hot, pour a 50/50 mixture of lemon juice and soy sauce over the fillets. Allow mixture to reduce down until a thick sauce developes. Remove pan from heat and serve.
  3. West Bay Resort is an excellent option. Wonderful people who own it. We were up Monday and the fishing was nothing short of phenominal. We had our limit of 20 walleye in the first hour of fishing. Bottom bouncers and spinners, slip bobbers, jiggin', crankin' with #5's...it all worked everywhere we went. Good luck.

    Lund Fiberglass?

Real pictures this morning, not CAD drawings anymore. Both the 186 Fisherman GL and 186 Tyee GL. WOW! For those who are scared of buying first year out, it took so long because we had to make sure it was right. No need to rush something and fall short of our own expectations. That means it had to look and perform perfectly. We're there now and you'll all be able to see within a week or so. Dealers have to see it first, next week in Nashville. So the mystery will be released. Stay tuned and stay patient. I know I'd sure like to be testing it today with everyone else but other duties call. Later. KJK

    re-riveting a 16' lund?

Call Lund at 218-385-2235, and ask to talk to Tammy in the warranty department. She will be either able to help you or steer you in the direction of someone who can.
  6. The NW Angle got the best of my Voyager last year. Two cracks in the front where the tow bar attaches. I currently live in Fargo. If anyone out there knows of anyone who does plastic welding and or fabrication in general that could not only fix the cracks but reinforce/redesign how my tow bar attaches, please let me know. I'd like to make my tow bar attach like the Otter tubs do, I just don't have access to the materials and tools. Any help is greatly appreciated. Post here or drop and E-mail@ white_tips@msn.com Thanks in advance.
  7. I've got Yellowjackets coming in and out of the corner of my house where my siding meets my brick. There also seems to be 2 other less used entry/exit spots they're using. Pest control guy wants $75 minimum to come spray some white foam up and under the siding. I was thinking there's got to be something WAY cheaper to do myself? Anyone out there ever take care of this problem themselves? What kind of spray did you use? Namebrand? How long to take effect? Did it get rid of them permanently? Any help, suggestions is/are greatly appreciated. P.S. Do yellowjackets sting or bite?

    Lowrance 332 Fish Archs

It's your transducer. It is not mounted correctly. If you grab your manual and look through it cover to cover, you'll find a couple of pages dedicated to this problem. It's either above level or below level. It tells you what exactly to do, I can't remember which way you go with the level to correct archs that are either cut off on the front side or cut off on the back side. Easy fix anyway.

    Boat decals

Thank you for your replies gentlemen. Maybe we'll see you on the water this year at one of the Minnesota Tournament Trail events.
  12. Just curious to see if anybody ventured over and fish Big Stone over the opening weekend. Also curious why there isn't a Big Stone/Traverse/Ortonville area link on the Forum page. Has there been one before and did it just not have enough replies or interest??

    Boat decals

To any of the tournament fisher-men/women with sponsorship obligations: If you have sponsor stickers made for company logos or names to put on your boat, are there certain types or styles or manufacturers of stickers that are easier to remove than others? Do you avoid putting them on the hull and put them on the windows only? What sort of methods or solvents do you use for removal if you sell the boat or have a change in sponsorship? Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks, KJK.
